Day 01 - Sunday

Departure from USA

Depart on an international flight to Cairo, Egypt.​

 

Day 02 - Monday

Arrival - Cairo

Arrive at Cairo international airport, meet and assist by Airport Rep. who will assist you through airport formalities (immigration and luggage). Then Transfer to your Hotel.

Day 03 - Tuesday

Cairo

After breakfast, we tour the Grand Egyptian Museum, The largest cultural project in Modern Times. The museum houses the world's largest collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts with entry to the Hall of King Tut-Ankh-Amon which displays 5000 pieces for first time with free time at the Museum

After we have a local lunch, drive nearby Giza to experience one of the seven wonders of the world, the Pyramids and the famous Sphinx and the temple nearby.  And then drive to see a panoramic view of the 3 pyramids together.

Day 04 - Wednesday

Aswan Nile Cruise – Aswan

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan, upon arrival we will visit the temple of Philae, and then transfer to your Hotel in Aswan.

After Lunch we will take a motor boat and sail around the islands of Aswan and the Nubian villages.

Day 05 - Thursday

Aswan  - Kom Ombo - Edfu

After breakfast, free morning, Optional trip to abu simble, temple built by Ramesses II, known for its giant statues and solar alignment. It was relocated in the 1960s to avoid flooding.

 

Afternoon we sail to Kom Ombo. Visit the temple of Kom-Ombo that was built in 227 BC, dedicated to gods Sobek  the Crocodile God, you may be able to see the mummified crocodiles newly opened in the area, and God Haroeris as well. Sail to Edfu .

Overnight: Edfu.

Day 06 - Friday

Edfu - Esna - Luxor

Buffet Breakfast on board. We will visit the temple of HOURUS dedicated to the Falcon God. This is the best preserved temple In the world that was built in 258 BC. After the visit, we will come back to the cruise boat and start sailing to Luxor Via Esna Locks. Evening visit to Luxor Temple that was built 1500 BC.

Day 07 - Saturday

Luxor

After breakfast, our tour to  the West bank of the Nile, will include the two Colossi of Memnon, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari and Valley of kings, where the great monarchs of Egypt buried in rock cut tombs beautifully decorated with chapters from the  Book of the Dead. After that we will visit the largest temple in the world. The great temple of Karnak dedicated to the God Amon -Ra.

Day 8 - Sunday

Sakarra/Old Cairo 

After breakfast we will visit Old Cairo where you can visit the Oldest Churches in the World and where the Holy family took refuge during their flight to Egypt, also the site of the oldest synagogue in Cairo .

After lunch  we drive to Sakarrah  to visit the Step Pyramid of king Zosr , by far the oldest pyramid in Egypt and its complex which is the oldest stone structure in the history of man , then  we drive to hotel for Overnight Cairo.

Return to Cairo for overnight. (B, L)

Day 9 - Monday

Alexandria

An early morning start after a good breakfast in your hotel, you travel through the Western Desert to Alexandria the Bride of the Mediterranean and the main harbor of Egypt. The arrival is early enough to sightseeing the magnificent land marks of Alexandria and it historical sites. The sightseeing including the Fort of Qaitbey, the former site of the ancient Alexandria Light house, the Biblotica Alexanderina (the Library of Alexandria) and the Jewelry Palace. Lunch will be served by the Azure Mediterranean before you travel back to Cairo.

Back to Cairo
 

Day 10 - Tuesday

Flight to USA

Transfer to international flight for our flight back Home.

  • Tips for guides/Drivers/Hotels/ Restaurants/Nile Cruise. Guidelines for tipping: Tour guide $10 per person per night, drivers $5 per person per night, $5 cruise boat per person per night

  • Personal expenses such as phone calls, laundry etc.

  • Visa fee can be included for $25 per person
