Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At Seven Gates Travel, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our tours and arrangements made in advance, all bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 45 days before the scheduled tour date to be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will be issued minus a non-refundable processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 45 days before the tour.
• We do not offer refunds for missed tours, no-shows, or late arrivals.
